Every spring we run a program called Junior Seminar in which we discuss the college process in small groups with our juniors. We decided to create a powerpoint that we can show to not only our students in LRC, but to all of our juniors that explains several different online tools and iPad applications that will help them remain organized and help them study more efficiently and effectively in college. Many of the applications are advanced versions of tools the students currently use, but are essential to helping them transition to being more independent thinkers and learners in college. The presentation includes screen recordings and descriptions of these applications. Our hope is that this presentation could remain public for students to view at any point during their junior and senior years and beyond.
